Although Greg Joubert was born in Boston, he has become a true Chicagoan. He understands how stressful a move can be, whether it is across town or across the country, and how important it is to have an expert to help guide you. A current resident of Old Town, Greg appreciates the diversity Chicago has to offer, having lived in both the suburbs and downtown including Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Wicker Park and Lincoln Park.
Previous to joining Dream Town, Greg spent hours with clients crafting their dream kitchens and baths as part of his granite and marble enterprise. His significant sales experience reinforced how much paying attention to the smallest detail can affect a client's satisfaction, thereby determining the success or failure of a project. All in all, his past experiences have taught him these truths:

- Listen intently to determine your client's needs
- Be a subject matter expert - provide options AND insight
- Always, always, under-promise and over-deliver
Greg is involved in the community through his efforts with the Chicago Food Depository and his membership in The Chicago Beer Society. When you combine Greg's energy and enthusiasm with his highly developed technological expertise and business acumen, you find a unique individual that is a highly valued asset to the Dream Town team, dedicated to making YOUR dreams come true.
Greg graduated with a B.S. in Management from National-Louis University in Chicago.

Cynthia is exactly who you want on your side when it comes to buying or selling a home, or investing in Chicago real estate. What she brings to the table is rare and it comes from a lifetime of investing in real estate and negotiating multimillion-dollar deals working with Fortune 500 companies as the Vice President of several sales organizations. She's practiced at spotting the potential for real estate as a security and income-producing venture, but also identifies with the expectations of buyers who are looking for a family home.
After spending much of her career in high-stakes targeted marketing and sales consulting, an equity position in her last company allowed Cynthia to take a sabbatical from corporate America and gradually transition her personal interest in real estate to a professional one. She was already deeply involved in real estate investing with a portfolio 15 years thick and her husband Greg, also a Dream Town agent, welcomed Cynthia's assistance with his own business as she worked to upgrade her agent's license to broker status. Their collaboration has grown into a successful partnership and her extensive understanding of targeted sales & marketing translates to a well-above-average ability to pinpoint exactly what her clients want. Instead of finding the right consumer or positioning for a brand, she finds the right home for the buyer. It's the most specialized niche there is and Cynthia has the hard-earned qualifications to be a leader in the field.
Cynthia has moved 11 times, owned 7 different properties and corporately relocated 6 times (not to mention the places she purchased, remodeled and rented with her family), allowing her to truly relate with what clients are going through during the process of buying, selling and moving.
Following many years of moving around the country, Cynthia was happy to settle back down in Chicago in 2000. She is well-connected in the city and actively participates in over half a dozen local organizations and volunteer groups, including the Dartmouth Club of Chicago (connected with her alma mater) and the Belmont Yacht Club, where Cynthia and Greg enjoy summers on their boat. The husband and wife team currently live in Lincoln Park and are a force to be reckoned with in Chicago real estate. Dream Town is delighted to have them both with the company.
